Anxiety obscures presence

So What? Р You may ask.

Success for ourselves and those around us – depends largely on presence. The ability to truly see what is within and around us. When we are constantly stressed and feeling attacked, we continually shut down what is deep inside of us. Showing deeply treasured emotions then becomes threatening. We consequently jump on the ever-turning wheel of perceiving danger, shutting down our options and limiting presence.
